This policy does not insure under the Professional Liability nor the Comprehensive General Liability section for loss caused directly or indirectly by any of the following:

1. Due to any dishonest or fraudulent act by the insured or by partner, officer or by employees;
2. Due to more than three losses in the last three years;
3. A person or agency that is not properly licensed by the State you operate in when required;
4. Loss due to any dishonest or fraudulent act by the insured or by any partner, officer, director or trustee, whether acting alone or with other.
